Spinning Babies® Parent Class

for comfort in pregnancy and ease in birth

Spinning Babies® is a unique approach for comfort in pregnancy and ease in childbirth. After this one-off session you and your partner will have different tools and activities that you can do on your own and together, to create balance in your changing body. You will understand how baby seeks the space available in the growing uterus, both in pregnancy and birth, and how that may impact the birth process. You will feel empowered to take charge in labour if needed, with the tools that you learned in this comprehensive class.

We offer the Spinning Babies Parent Class both as an online (private) session, as well as an in-person private session in the comfort of you own home. We can also organise a group-session if we have 3 or more couples to join in.

The online class contains a 15 minute introduction via zoom. Then you will given access to the full Spinning Babies Parent Class video (2 hours), which you will watch at your convenience. Once you have gone through the video, we will do the one-to-one class (1hr15min session) through zoom or other means of video calling. We will answer any questions and go into more detail. You will receive all supporting materials for referral.

The in-person parent class is a 3 hour session in the comfort of your own home. We will go through all the concepts and practice the exercises together. There is ample time to answer any questions you may have. You will receive all supporting materials for referral.

The Spinning Babies Parent Class can also be done for those whose baby is in breech or transverse position. The parent educator can then additionally walk you through the Breech / Transverse e-book that is available through the Spinning Babies website.
